Capturing a few pics of the little lady today. I have been weening her from nursing in the night and it has been a rough 6 days.
Last night she got a decent stretch of sleep (8 hours) then cried off and on for a while. She woke up at 6:30 again so I got up with her and fed her. She was up for about 1 hour then she fell back to sleep for another hour. So . . . she is in a pretty good mood today, which is a big change from the last several days.
She actually has been doing pretty good with the whole thing - she doesn't cry tons but is up off and on a lot. She had been sleeping in the bed with us and eating quite often in the night so she is really going through an adjustment - her own bed and no more nursing - Poor Little Thing! It has probably been hardest on me because it is often almost more than I can bear to listen to her cry!Still trying to capture a great walking video - this is the best I have gotten so far. She has been walking on a regular basis the last few days and seems to do it without hesitation but quickly realizes what she is doing and gets leary.
Adorable! I love to see her walking on her knees! So cute to see her walk for real. Jude is getting there, but only a few steps.
